With minimal data entry and maximum efficiency, work orders are generated from a central facilities office through a full-featured Windows interface. Work orders and follow ups requested for the future are withheld by the system, automatically time released, and printed x days prior to the due date. Once the work order is complete, work order tickets are easily closed out. The Coherent Preventative Maintenance module works seamlessly to schedule, time release, and track preventative maintenance and reoccurring work orders.

Professional Version
For those organizations managing multiple sites, The Coherent Professional edition allows an organization to manage multiple sites from a single application, or, maintain separate databases for each site. For those organizations required to meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLA), the Coherent Alerts Manager enables facilities groups to proactively manage & maintain service level agreements, ensuring prompt, efficient handling of facilities management tasks.

Enterprise Version
Our Enterprise suite is composed of all of the Coherent tools. The enterprise version allows organizations to manage a large number of sites from a single application. Our Preferred Vendor Servicing feature allows specific vendors to provide services for specific sites, based on service classifications. For organizations with a national real estate portfolio, containing myriad sites, our Regional Building Selection services enables sites to be grouped by country, region, and metropolitan areas. When a customer service rep enters a new call, the site selection process enables the rep to easily select the site from a geographical site selector. This feature enables one call center the ability process calls from sites anywhere in the world.
