Coherent™ Asset Tracking manages both fixed physical assets such as boilers, tables, desks, chairs, etc. utilizing the latest bar coding technologies, and the sharing of various types of equipment among people and departments. Whiteboards, laptop computers, all types of a/v equipment can be managed thru a flexible and user-friendly interface. Assets can be linked to groups & departments. Work Orders are automatically generated and assigned to proper service technician and/or vendor. Detailed notes are provided for service technicians including safety instructions. Equipment lease & rental information is tracked, warranty information is cataloged, asset parts inventory is maintained, date & status of last inventory, and much more.
