standard support package includes telephone support. We believe
the best way to support our solutions is talking with our support
staff in real time. Live Chat and
Remote Control functionality (where
required) is also provided. Our response time is up to 24 hours
during the normal business week.
Programming
and Integration
While
Coherent is an extremely flexible solution, customer unique business
requirements often necessitate the need to customize the application.
After working with client technical liaison to prepare the scope
of work, our development team performs the necessary customizations,
tests and deploys the solution. The project is not considered
complete until we receive a signoff from the client.
Online
Web based Training
In
today's business environment, facilities executives are tasked
with doing more with less resources. Oftentimes, it is very difficult
to gather the entire team together for group training. Consequently,
we provide both group and one on one web based training
sessions. These training sessions are conducted in increments
of two hours and can be performed at the
leisure of the client.
Onsite
Training
An
experienced Coherent technical support staff will visit your site
to provide training to your team. Full day training includes group
and one one one sessions.
